Day 321 – Freedom Challenge Week 3

Freedom Challenge! Week 3 – It was a good week but not an A+

Here here are my grades
C for Goal 1 – Water – Seemed like there was always just a little more than I could drink in the evening hours.
B for Goal 2 – BodyBugg – I recorded my activity. I need t focus on recording my food.
A for Goal 3 – Trainer & Gym – It was a great week at the gym.  I tried two new classes Pilates and Zumba.
B for Goal 4 – Sleep – Not completely perfect but better than before this challenge.  I feel good about this progress.

It has been so nice to have these goals while on vacation.  A true test for this healthy lifestyle will be when I get back to my life.   I leave for California tomorrow so we’ll see how they stand up to a semi-normal routine and family.  I know I have everyone’s support its me that needs to make the right choices.

Aloha Hawaii

  1. Shelli, you have almost a month of stellar living under your every decreasing belt–you are going to do this thing! There is no need for fear, just awareness and diligence.

    Your life has changed.

  2. I agree… your life has changed… YOU have changed. You might need to have flexibility, but there is no reason you can’t make healthy choices at home too. You have been practicing up for the whole vacation!

  3. I definitely feel like you can make the right choices. The evidence is all the great weight loss you have experienced while in Hawaii.

    Have fun!

  4. Returning to routine is sometimes harder, because I feel like sometimes on holidays, we are more conscious about what we’re eating while at home, we are more lax. There’s less to show off for.

But hey, it’s a lifestyle change. You live, you learn, you make mistakes, and you keep trying. You’ll get it 🙂

  5. hey missing you in blog world..hope you are doing well.

  6. Hope you are doing well!

  7. Hi Shelli, have you settled back into the “normal life” groove yet?

Hope all is going well with you, and you are busy putting all those great lessons learned in Hawaii into practice in your daily life.
