Day 269 – Weekend Warrior – Blast


Blast!!!!! I just spent a huge amount of time writing a wonderfully profound post about refocused intensity, and visiting Loretta’s excellent post when all of a sudden I lost everything. RRRRRRRRR

So here are my goals for the

Weekend Warrior Challenge
Star Trek Edition
hosted by Stellar Path

1. Try a new  Green Smoothie recipe each day.

2. Excercise – Walk 45 minutes each day and do 200 ball crunches.

3. Drink a gallon of water each day.


09/09/09-10/10/10  What can happen in a year’s time?
