Day 216 – Spring Challenge Update04/12/2010
It’s great to have so many ‘s but what I am most proud about has an . I exercised 5 of the 7 days. I added 15 minutes on the bike to my original 30 minutes on the treadmill and 40 minute swims. I’m now trying to improve my times on each of these exercises.
I want to really concentrate on the food this week. I need to Tweet my food choices or take some pics of my meals. I haven’t decided. So caution Loretta there might be some “Food Cues” on my site in the next week.
(I just couldn’t say the other word but you crack me up).
The excercise is going well its the food that is my biggest problem.
Hmmmm go figure.
