Day 135 — Week 19 Weigh In – 4.0 lbs.01/21/2010
I lost 4.0 pounds this week!

Total pounds lost: – 19.3 lb.
That’s 10 lbs. since the New Year. What a great week! I’ve kept my calorie intake around 1500. On Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays I’ve been swimming for 35 minutes, lifting weights and on the elliptical for 20 minutes. I took a week off from my 7 day Challenges and I really missed it. So I’m starting another one tomorrow.
Being this intentional is so much fun.
So what can happen in a year’s time from 09/09/09-10/10/10? I will continue to answer this question within this blog.
