Day 300 – Freedom Challenge
07/05/2010It is for freedom that Christ has set us free!
Ok here it goes…
1. 7 days a week
I’m going to drink a gallon of water/tea. Yep 64 oz. Which is 4 quarts.
2. 7 days a week
I will record my food and workouts via my BodyBugg
3. 6 days a week
I will go to the gym. I thought I was going to walk the spots off of Solomon the dalmatian while I was dog sitting but he has a set routine. So I joined the gym. I’ll even have 8 sessions with a trainer.
4. Five days a week
I will be in bed by 10 and up by 6. So…
Rap things up by 9
Be in bed by 9:30
Lights out at 10:00
5. Blog
There is FREEDOM within boundaries.

Love your goals!
“Freedom within boundaries” You know, Shelli, that’s the only true freedom there is. I was thinking that the other day and almost included it in my post–but the post was too long.
It is with that thought, tho, that I chose two of my goals (sleep & cleaning). They are goals that will add discipline to my life. One cannot be truly free if discipline is lacking. Whatever that is, it is not freedom.
Thanks for restarting that little train of thought for me. I’ve been regretting the housework goal already! chukcle.

“There is FREEDOM within boundaries.”
I really liked that, too. Reminds me of “the freedom of discipline.” I’m glad you are joining us from Hawaii.

These are some great goals Shelli! The up by six is admirable in my opinion…
Great goals Shelli!
