It looks like you are doing well on your goals. The only one within your control was the walking. Drat, those teenage scamps! And I’ve heard good things about Jillians workout… as in, it’s a killer!
I’ve often thought about the what ifs, how my my life would have turned out if I had made different choices. Sounds like you were active in school, in different sports. I think that’s great… maybe if I had been more physically active, I wouldn’t have been a chunky teen.
I think the one thing that looking back does for me, is to impress on me how I want to make good choices NOW. And we are, aren’t we?? I’m not making perfect ones, but they sure are BETTER these days.
Can you believe the challenge is almost over?! One week left. I wanna win those babybells, LOL! I haven’t won anything since I was about 10 years old. It’s about time.
I have a lot of ‘what ifs’ too. What if I had stayed on that rowing team in college? Yeah, that one haunts me a lot. But we can’t go back. All we can do is move forward which is exactly what you are doing! You’re doing FANTASTIC on your goals…let’s make it a great last week!
