I am going to have to kick it in gear if I am going to meet my goal of 12 pounds for this challenge. I am almost half way there. Your comment on my blog makes me want to go dig my yearbook out of the garage! I still think it is quite a coincidence that we both went to SCHS!

I’m going to drink a gallon of water/tea. Yep 64 oz. Which is 4 quarts.

I will record my food and workouts via my BodyBugg
3. 6 days a week
I will go to the gym and have 8 Sessions with Alex
4. Five days a week
I will be in bed by 10 and up by 6. So…
