I hear ya about coffee. I am finally down to one big mug a day, and have whittled it down to 75 calories. Totally worth it to me.

I hope you feel better soon Shelli. I am a big fan of my morning cup or 2 of coffee. I read somewhere that coffee is full of antioxidants, so I don’t feel too badly about it.
1. 7 days a week
I’m going to drink a gallon of water/tea. Yep 64 oz. Which is 4 quarts.
2. 7 days a week
I will record my food and workouts via my BodyBugg
3. 6 days a week
I will go to the gym and have 8 Sessions with Alex
4. Five days a week
I will be in bed by 10 and up by 6. So…
