Day 156 – Week 22 Weigh In – 5.0 lbs.

I lost 5.0 pounds this week.

Starting Weight : 365.1
Current Weight : 342.9

Total pounds lost: – 22.2 lb.

Well I feel like I’m back to it again. Boy I was flown for a loop in the last few weeks. You really need to read Day 149′s Post. It explains why this week doesn’t feel like a 5 lbs loss but a 2 lbs loss. (I explain everything a little clearer than in this following sentence).    With good choices one week and a very little loss and then a “who cares week” and a gain and then a week of sickness and no excercise but a loss, You can see how I just can’t figure this out.  I’ll just have to keep reminding myself that it’s not about the # on the scale but patterns and routines that are being established from day-to-day.

So I will CHEER   —     A NEW LOW — 22 in 22!

  2. I think you are right… we really need a long term view. My weight bounces all around, even though I am consistent with nutrition and exercise. So who knows!? We just need to be consistent, and it will eventually pay off… like for you this week!! Congrats!
